    Scope & strategy

    Persona work, offer mapping, business-model interrogation, tech-stack scoping. Before a single component is sketched, the answers exist on paper.

    Copy before design

    Full website copy written first, signed off, then handed to design. Real headlines drive real layouts — placeholder Lorem produces placeholder pages.
